Learn
Somatic Sexology
This is the sex education that you never got but always wanted. Learn more about your body, boundaries, communication, sex, pleasure & relationships. Sessions can be in person or on line. These sessions are always client lead and focus on enthusiastic full body consent with a clear learning objective.

Guided Meditation
Over the past 5 years Patrick has facilitated well over 100 group classes & many more one on one sessions. This is your chance to access mindfulness & greater body/mind awareness. These practises will leave you better prepared to face the challenges of everyday life with practical tools & tricks.
Talk
Sometimes we just need to talk it out. The problem often lies in circular thought patterns. This is often referred to as “getting stuck in our heads” using somatic counselling techniques we can access the wisdom held in our bodies eg the body most often knows what to do but our head gets in the way.

I’m a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sex Educator & Relationship Coach
Growing up in a conservative Catholic family in a small New Zealand town I was always curious about sex and pleasure. I knew there were secrets to accessing more pleasure in my body but we just don’t get taught how. Sexological Bodywork taught me how & my second year to training taught me how to teach others. Sexological Bodywork is a client lead modality focussing on the best way for your to learn how to access more pleasure in your body.
